Urgent Work

All work to be translated undergoes an initial assessment: once the text has been studied, the date required and the purpose of the translation are known, Nativos will accept the work if it can guarantee a perfect end product. Extra charges for work termed 'urgent' will only apply if it requires overtime or needs several people to work on it at the same time in order to have it finished in time. If time does not allow for the work to be done in a satisfactory way, Nativos will not accept the assignment.
